Rental: Minimum stay 3 nights with seasonal daily rate. Flexible Check-In and Check-Out. 6% discount on longer stays. 

Housekeeping  & Services: Good house keeping refundable deposit of £250. Cleaning service during stay may be available, please ask in advance.

Dogs: Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a £30 surcharge per dog. Dogs are permitted downstairs only.

Smoking: Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.

Seasons

Low season: £235 per day / £1550 per week (November – March)

Mid season: £335 / £2200 per week (Easter School Holidays, May, June, September, and October)

Peak season & Bank Holidays: £395 / £2600 per week (May Bank Holidays and School Holidays, July and August)

Christmas & New Year: £595 per day.

Summary Booking Information

Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the check-in date. If the balance is not received within this timeframe, the booking will lapse.

A good housekeeping deposit of £250 is payable with the balance of rent. This will be returned to you within 10 business days of the end of your stay, provided the property is left clean, tidy, and without damage. In the event of a dispute, the housekeeper who prepared the property for your arrival will have the final say.

If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days before check-in, no refund will be issued unless we are able to re-book the cancelled dates. If we successfully re-let the property, a corresponding repayment will be refunded once the new booking has been completed, less a booking/admin fee and any third party charges and expenses.

Cancellations must be made in writing or by email and must be received and acknowledged by us before being considered effective.

Please ensure you have comprehensive travel insurance covering the full travelling group, in the event of adverse weather to breakdown causing you to cancel your booking, we are not responsible for any losses incurred. 

Departure and Arrival times

Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.

Whilst we’re happy to be flexible where we can, and may in some circumstances be able to agree to adjust these check-in and check-out times, this is strictly by prior arrangement only and must be agreed well in advance of your arrival.

Complaints

We very much hope you will enjoy your stay, however in the case of any concerns or complaints, please ensure you communicate this promptly to the Property Manager so we can seek to assist in a timely manner and resolve this at the time.

Vehicles and personal property

Vehicles, accessories and contents are parked or left at Coshandrochaid house at their owner’s risk.

The proprietors will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons not caused through the direct fault of the proprietor.

Unacceptable behaviour

We reserve the right at all times to remove or restrict from entering the property any person or persons due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property or exceeding the stated occupancy.

No refunds will be given in this instance.

Strictly No smoking, No Vaping, and No e-cigarettes in the properties please, breach of this requirement will be treated as unreasonable behaviour.
