Minimum stay: 3 nights, with flexible arrival and departure days.
Longer stays: 6% discount.
Security deposit: £250, fully refundable. Additional cleaning available by prior arrangement.
EV Charging: Available on request, charged at cost.
Dogs: Up to 2 welcome, £30 per dog. Downstairs only.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes.
Seasons
Low season: £260 per day / £1750 per week (November – March)
Mid season: £335 / £2200 per week (Easter school holidays, May, June, September, and October)
Peak season & Bank Holidays: £395 / £2600 per week (May Bank Holidays, School Holidays, July and August)
Christmas & New Year: £595 per day.

Summary Booking Information
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the check-in date. If the balance is not received within this timeframe, the booking will lapse.
A good housekeeping deposit of £250 is payable with the balance of rent. This will be returned to you within 10 business days of the end of your stay, provided the property is left in good order and no damage or exceptional cleaning is required. Any proposed deductions will be communicated to you following inspection of the property. In the event of a dispute, the housekeeper who prepared the property for your arrival will have the final say.
If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days before check-in, no refund will be issued unless we are able to re-book the cancelled dates. If we successfully re-let the property, a corresponding repayment will be refunded once the new booking has been completed, less a booking/admin fee and any third party charges and expenses.
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email and must be received and acknowledged by us before being considered effective.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for your whole party, including cover for cancellation due to adverse weather, travel disruption or vehicle breakdown. We cannot accept responsibility for losses arising from circumstances outside our control.
Departure and Arrival Time
Check-in is from 4:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am.
Whilst we’re happy to be flexible where we can, and may in some circumstances be able to agree to adjust these check-in and check-out times, this is strictly by prior arrangement only and must be agreed well in advance of your arrival.
Complaints
We very much hope you will enjoy your stay, however in the case of any concerns or complaints, please ensure you communicate this promptly to the Property Manager so we can seek to assist in a timely manner and resolve this at the time.
Vehicles and Personal Property
Vehicles, accessories and contents are parked or left at Coshandrochaid house at their owner’s risk.
The proprietors will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons not caused through the direct fault of the proprietor.
EV Charging
Unauthorized charging—such as using standard domestic 3-pin plugs (“granny chargers”) or extension leads from inside the house—is strictly forbidden due to major fire and insurance risks.
EV charging (Hypervolt home 3 pro) is available upon request and charged at cost.
Unacceptable Behaviour
We reserve the right at all times to remove or restrict from entering the property any person or persons due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property or exceeding the stated occupancy.
No refunds will be given in this instance.
Strictly No smoking, No Vaping, and No e-cigarettes in the properties please, breach of this requirement will be treated as unreasonable behaviour.
