Coshandrochaid was designed to be in keeping with the local environment and was built to the highest sustainability standards.  Every stone of the house was recycled from the surrounding landscape and local larch used to clad the exterior. 

We use air source heat pump and heat recovery system to minimise heat loss. We use private spring and filtration system for water supply. All appliances and supplies are tested regularly and rigorously to ensure the quality and efficiency. 

Outside, we let local sheep to graze our grass rich field and work with Highland Rewilding to maintain the wilder peninsula and landscape. We are committed to protect,  enhance and promote the surrounding environment. Come and be part of the eco-tourism.
