Secluded and private, each room has its own striking sea loch or Knapdale hill country views. All bedrooms are on the top floor: one king ensuite, one king or 2 singles with ensuite shower room, one double with share bathroom and one sitting room/home office with double sofa bed.

On the ground floor, there are two sitting rooms with large bespoke wood burning fireplace. A spacious open plan kitchen/dinning room provides the principle entertainment area. Further facilities include a wet room, a laundry room with washer/dryer and walk-in larder. The house has Starlink wifi, a well-stocked and diverse library and games. 

Outside, two ancient barns form a courtyard parking space comfortably able to accommodate up to 4 vehicles. One barn can be used to store bikes upon request.
