Coshandrochaid house, built for the former owner of the Tayvallich Estate, is an architect-designed contemporary house set in its own ground of 10 acres, overlooking An Grianan and the southern Tayvallich peninsula.

Secluded and private, all rooms have mountain or loch or sea views. All bedrooms are on the top floor: one king ensuite, one king or twin with ensuite shower room, one double with share bathroom and one sitting room with a double sofa bed. 

On the ground floor, there are two sitting rooms with large bespoke wood burning fireplace. A spacious open plan kitchen/dinning room form the principle entertainment area. Further facilities include a wet room, a laundry room with washer/dryer and walk-in larder. The house has Starlink wifi, a good stock of books and games. 

Outside, two ancient barns form a courtyard parking space for minimum 4 vehicles. One barn can be used to store bikes upon request.
